There are a lot of activities and walks in Worcestershire.  The apartment is on the famous Malvern Hills so bring your walking boots, hiking poles, and mountain bikes.  There is a bus service into Malvern, where there are several lovely restaurants and tea rooms.  The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting Herefordshire too.  Cheltenham is not far south, and is a lovely town to visit.  Upton-upon-severn has many festivals including Jazz, Blues, other music and a water festival too.
